MMMM Sushi

Hey I'm New and I love Sushi. My year old son adores it, and my growing baby twins in the tummy! I'm learning the best ways to make it but I just dont live in a spot that has a constant fresh collection of seaweed and fish! Desert life in oregon would do that! Any ideas or recipes would help! Is there anyone out there to give me a hand??
