Kate was born in Korea, raised in Oregon, and trained under traditional Japanese Sushi chefs. Kate has 12 years of restaurant experience and 8 years of making sushi all over the Western United states, including Hawaii. Now she's back to Portland and opened our small yet amazing quality sushi bar inside of Zilla Saké.
